When my girls were little I used to cull their Easter stash and chop up some of their eggs/bunnies and make choc chip cookies. They were too young to notice, I don't think I could get away with it anymore!
Here's a recipe for Double chocolate and hazelnut cookies. Why not make a batch and keep the uncooked dough in the freezer for emergency cookie needs.
